PCR and antibody tests are available at your own expense.

Antibody & PCR Swab COVID-19 tests are available for travel and work.
SARS-COV-2 negative-result certificate is also available.
Please make an appointment for fever clinic in case you have suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection
(e.g., developed symptoms of COVID-19)

Fees for PCR and antibody tests (Tax included）

PCR test：　27,500 yen
Antibody test：　11,000 yen
SARS-COV-2 negative-result certificate：　2,750 yen
Service fees to attend and interpret 11,000 yen

Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m.

What to bring

ID with photos, Hospital patient card if you have it
To those who need negative-result certificate for travel;
Passport number, date of birth and full name are required for issuing the certificate.
Please be sure to bring the passport with you.

Certificates will be issued with hospital format. Please see the example below.

Certificates are issued next day or within 2 days after the test.
